- April 27, 2006 3:30pm. Tidewater area DSL customers are
experiencing an outage, as a piece of our equipment is being changed in
Waldoboro.
- April 23, 2006 12:00-12:25pm. Some people had trouble getting
to midcoast.com and some other midcoast servers during this time. A
router was experiencing a problem at the Rockland datacenter. We
use the opportunity to install newer software on the router then reboot
it. This fixed the problem.
- April 17, 2006 8am-noon. Wireless customers in West Rockport
and Rockport and some customers whom point to Ragged Mountain for
service will experience short 1-2 minute outages while we remotely
upgrade equipment.
- April 12, 2006 6:30-6:45am.
Some Tidewater area DSL customers will experience a short outage, as
equipment is being changed in Rockland.
- April 11, 2006 11:00-3:00pm. Some North Haven wireless
customers will experience a short outage, as upgrade work is being done
at the water tower today.
- April 5, 2006 11:15-11:30. A router configuration problem
caused some wireless customers who aim to the courthouse to experience a
temporary outage at this time.
- April 5, 2006 8:00-8:30am. We experienced a problem with
the 785-6622 number. We are investigating and have called the phone company
as well. Update 10:15am. The number is out again, as Tidewater is
working on the wiring reparing these lines.
- April 4, 2006 8:00-8:30pm. Some customers experienced problems
with checking email during this time. One of the eight midcoast.com mail
servers was having a problem and needed a restart.
