• February 27, 2007 9:00am Bar Harbor and Ellsworth DSL service is down due to a fiber problem near Bangor. Repair work has commenced, but no repair time predictions are available.
• February 26, 2007 Some people who are still using the 1-500 numbers are having trouble connecting. Those affected should change to a local number.
• February 24, 2007 11:30am. The access point at the Wayfarer Marine in Camden has been acting a bit odd. We went to investigate and found most of antenna ripped from the side of the building and pointing straight down. This was affecting speed and reliability. We have corrected the issue and all should be fine now.
• February 15, 2007 8:48am. Owls Head Airport repeater is currently out of service. We are investigating. Update: There was a piece of faulty equipment - it has been replaced and all is working again.
• February 15, 2007 6:30am. Monhegan Wireless customer are without service. It seems to be at issue on the Monhegan side of things. The storm is still active out on the Island at the moment and we will work to get it fixed once the weather improves on the island. Update: Everything is back on and operational.
• February 7, 2007 8:00am. Wireless customers who point to the Thomaston Fire Department are experiencing a outage at this time. We are investigating. Update:8:10am The problem has been corrected.
