• May 18, 2007 7:30-8:00am. One of the seven mailservers for @midcoast.com email addresses was not working. This caused mail checking problems while it was being fixed
• May 9, 2007 11:30am. One of the seven mailservers for @midcoast.com email addresses is not working. This will cause mail checking problems while it is being fixed for some midcoast.com users. Update 1:15pm. The server has been repaired.
• May 4, 2007 1:30pm. Tidewater area DSL service is currently out of service. We are investigating. Update 2:00pm. The problem is fixed and looked like it was a problem with our router perhaps caused by a power glitch.
• May 2, 2007 Tidewater area DSL service is currently out of service. It seems to be a problem Internet Router. A Tech as been dispatched and we hope to restore service as soon as possible. Update: The problem was indeed releated to the Internet Router. While it was down we took a couple extra moments and did a capacity upgrade. The Internet Router now has a connection going to it that is 10 times faster then the previous version.
