BLACK DUCK PHOTO/GRAPHICS
Monhegan Island, ME

Since I am visually enamored you will find here a selection of photographs the reason for inclusion having nothing to do with anything at all. This will keep us all guessing and invite any "shrinks" out there (amateur or professional) to consider that a lobotomy of some sort might be a reasonable idea. Any comments, professional or otherwise would be appreciated. And now---

"off to see the wizard."

As I type this it is May 7. But the temperature is 37 degrees (F.) and the wind is up about 40 knots NW. It could look like this again in the morning. I know summer is short, but when was it this year? This is a little better, but I have a feeling that "spring" is not about to strike to soon. It is supposed to be a bit warmer in a few days. We'll believe it when we see it. I still have the longjohns on.
.Hope does spring (bad pun) eternal, however. Soon the Lupines will be all abloom and the afternoon sun will dive for the horizon through the afternoon cumulus clouds. .

The lobsters will start to shed, but our gear will all be on the shore, the little sailboat will be on the lobstercar mooring, and we can breathe a little summer into our wintered lungs. After awhile---too soon to be sure---the monarchs will be here, and you know what comes after that, don't you?.

Come back again. See if I've figured out how to add, subtract, and change the photographs. I may need a little time.
